• Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

All course materials, digital packages, teaching resources, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Lingua Luxe (PVT) LTD.

You may not:

  • Record live sessions without permission
  • Share downloadable resources publicly

Legal action may be taken for infringement.

4. Payments

• All fees must be paid in full before course access is granted.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers may have separate conditions.

5. Certification

Certificates are issued only upon:

• • Completion of required modules
  • Meeting assessment criteria
  • Full payment clearance

Lingua Luxe reserves the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lingua Luxe is not responsible for:

• • Internet connectivity issues on the user’s side
  • Device incompatibility
  • Failure to pass external examinations (IELTS, PTE, OET, etc.)

We provide training and guidance, not guaranteed examination outcomes.

7. Modifications

Lingua Luxe reserves the right to modify:

  • Pricing
  • Policies
  • Terms and conditions

8. Governing Law

These policies shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
