Lingua Luxe (PVT) LTD

Lingua Luxe (PVT) LTD provides online educational courses, digital study packages, teacher training programs, certification programs, and professional development services. Due to the nature of digital education services, the following policy applies.

1. Digital Courses & Study Packages

All online courses, recorded programs, digital study packages, downloadable materials, and teaching resources are classified as digital educational products.

Once:

• • Access credentials are issued, OR
  • Course access is granted, OR
  • Digital material is downloaded

No refunds will be provided, except in cases outlined under Section 5 (Technical Errors or Duplicate Payments).

This is because digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed.

2. Live Online Classes & Instructor-Led Programs

For live online training programs:

• • Cancellations made at least 5 days before the course start date are eligible for a refund (minus administrative processing fees).
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the start date are non-refundable.
  • Once a live course has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

However, at management discretion, a transfer to a future batch may be permitted.

3. Certification Programs (CPD & Teacher Training)

For CPD-accredited and professional certification programs:

• • Registration fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
  • If a candidate fails to complete the program, fees will not be refunded.
  • Certification is issued only upon successful completion of program requirements.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• • Downloadable study materials
  • Digital teaching packages
  • Certification processing fees
  • CPD accreditation fees
  • Recorded masterclasses
  • Discounted or promotional enrollments

5. Technical Errors / Duplicate Payments

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• • Duplicate payment
  • System error resulting in multiple charges
  • Failure to grant course access due to internal technical fault

Refunds for approved cases will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original method of payment.

6. Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting Lingua Luxe, we reserve the right to:

• • Suspend course access
  • Withhold certification
  • Take appropriate legal action if fraud is suspected
